Housing

Student Accommodations

Most of our students tend to live in privately rented apartments and condos. The 'students' tab on the university's intranet contains local housing lists and can help to connect students looking for a roommate. Since the city of Fullerton is a college community, there are many nearby apartments, rental houses and mobile home sites for affordable housing.

A local college, Hope International University, also has some dorm-style housing available for MBKU students. This housing is within walking distance to MBKU and they offer meal plans. More information is available in the intranet, which prospective students gain access to upon admittance to the university.

Private, University-Owned, and Subsidized Housing

Two privately owned dormitory-style apartments for college students are within walking distance of the campus. Also, MBKU owns some neighboring condominiums for housing, but availability is limited. Campus operations staff can provide more information. Please reference the 'student life' tab on the university's intranet or call 714.449.7430 for more information.

Married students – with or without children – may qualify for a subsidized housing program located near the university. Contact apartment complexes directly to find out more.
