2023 Inauguration FAQ

Inauguration Ceremony: Parking is available in the parking lot and parking structure accessed on Brea Boulevard and Bastanchury Road.

Celebration Event: Parking is available in the parking structure accessed on Associated Road. You may navigate there with the address 2025 Associated Road, Fullerton, CA 92831. We also encourage guests to use MBKU's overflow parking on State College Blvd. For your convenience, there will also be a shuttle to drive guests to campus and back to their cars.

Get ready to celebrate President Schornack and MBKU’s 10th anniversary! Enjoy music with delicious hors d'oeuvres, sweets, and soft drinks that will be served at the Celebration event.

Campus tours will be available for guests on April 28. Please share that you would like a campus tour when you check in at the Celebration event and someone will assist you on the tour.

Check-in will not be required at the Ceremony but will be required at the Celebration event. Please check in at one of the welcome tables near the parking structure or Student Union. Please have the QR code ticket that was included in your RSVP confirmation email ready when you check in.

Attire for the Inauguration Ceremony is business professional. Attire for the Celebration event is casual with your best Purple and Gold apparel.

We have had many generous guests ask if they can honor President Schornack with a gift for her Inauguration. Your attendance at the Inauguration and Celebration Event is your gift to her. However, if you wish to celebrate President Schornack with a gift, she has kindly requested that guests make a gift to MBKU in her honor.
