Connect, Explore, and Learn About SCCO

We love connecting with prospective students and offer a variety of opportunities to engage with us both in person and virtually. Our group events and presentations are a great way to learn more about the optometry profession, SCCO’s program, MBKU’s campus, student life, and more—whether you're just beginning to explore optometry or are already considering applying. Looking for a great place to shadow? We'd love to host you at the University Eye Center (UEC) at Ketchum Health in Anaheim! Experience clinic life, observe patient care, and chat with current students for a few hours as you shadow 3rd and 4th-year optometric interns and meet faculty. 

This opportunity is currently unavailable. 

Consider watching our Specialty Spotlight Series to gain knowledge about our UEC specialties. 

This event is perfect for clubs that want to learn more about our program! Student Ambassadors and Admissions Officers will share about the curriculum, the admissions process, what we look for in competitive applicants, and timeline tips for when to hit submit. At the end, we'll answer live audience questions! No club? No problem, you're welcome to attend as an individual as well!
