During the Application Cycle which runs from July 1 through March 15 admissions officers schedule monthly drop-in sessions to help candidates who have questions about their application. For the Fall 2025-26 cycle, we will be hosting these drop-in sessions from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM PT on the following dates (click the date to register). Please note: you are not expected to attend the entire session. Come and go as your schedule allows!

Looking for a great place to shadow? We'd love to host you at the University Eye Center at Ketchum Health in Anaheim! Experience clinic life, observe patient care, and chat with current students for a few hours as you shadow 3rd and 4th-year optometric interns and meet faculty. Click here to submit your request.

Please note: During the holiday season, our clinic operates on reduced hours to allow our employees and interns time with their loved ones. As a result, shadowing opportunities will not be available from November 8 through January 11, 2026.  Requests for dates within this period will not receive a response and will not be scheduled.

The MBKU Admissions Open House is geared toward those who want to learn more about the Optometry, PA, and Pharmacy programs at MBKU. The Open House is perfect for anyone exploring professions, pre-health clubs attending as a group, or for individuals who would like to bring a guest or come solo.
