Marshall B. Ketchum University (MBKU) is committed to maintaining an environment where all individuals are treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism. Sex-based discrimination, including sexual harassment and sexual violence, is prohibited under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and is addressed through MBKU’s Title IX Sexual Harassment and Non-Discrimination Policy.
