Biography

Ashley joined Marshall B. Ketchum University in January of 2021. She started her career in higher education as the Assistant Director for Student Group Services at Shippensburg University in central Pennsylvania, where she spent four years building the student government and the leadership development programs on campus.

Ashley's next position took her to the island of Dominica in the Caribbean as the Student Development Specialist for Campus Life at Ross University School of Medicine (RUSM). While at RUSM, Ashley advised the student government, managed the 50+ clubs and organizations, planned campus-wide programming for all students, and managed the Campus Life Department, which included overseeing the Campus Activity Center.

After Hurricane Maria forced RUSM to evacuate and temporarily relocate a few times before permanently moving to Barbados, Ashley felt it was time to head back to the states. She became the Events and Special Projects Manager for the President's Office at Rhode Island School of Design, where she worked on various presidential events, assisted in implementing the strategic plan, and planned many parts of commencement.

Missing the warm weather and palm trees, she decided to make the cross-country move to join the team at MBKU! Outside of work, Ashley loves to go see live music, read, travel, and spend as much time outdoors as possible.
