Frank Scotti has served as Marshall B. Ketchum University’s Senior Vice President for Administration and Finance and Chief Financial Officer since 2019. Prior to joining MBKU, Mr. Scotti served as Vice President for Business and Finance and CFO at Hope International University since 2010. Mr. Scotti enjoyed a long and distinguished career in finance and operations in both for profit and non-profit corporate sectors prior to applying his expertise to the world of higher education, where he focused on strengthening the financial operations of universities.
Mr. Scotti taught business and finance courses at the university level for 15 years prior to transitioning to university leadership in administrative roles. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Mr. Scotti is passionate about leadership development and helping stakeholders achieve financial literacy in corporate and educational settings.
