Joshua Garcia is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Marshall B. Ketchum University specializing in Infectious Diseases. Dr. Garcia graduated from the University of the Sciences, Philadelphia College of Pharmacy in 2015. After graduation, he completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and subsequently a PGY-2 Specialty Residency in Infectious Diseases at the University of California San Francisco Medical Center.
Dr. Garcia’s clinical and research interests include antimicrobial stewardship, antimicrobial therapy for immunocompromised patients, and pharmacy practice pedagogy. He is a member of the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) and the Society of Infectious Disease Pharmacists (SIDP).
