Biography
Katie Tan is an Assistant Professor at Marshall B. Ketchum University, School of Physician Assistant Studies. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences at the University of California, Irvine in 2004. She attended Touro University in Henderson Nevada where she earned her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies in 2009. She completed a post-graduate surgical residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital in 2011. Katie has been a practicing physician assistant in vascular and cardiac surgery and joined the SPAS faculty in July of 2021. She is a member of AAPA, CAPA, and PAEA.
