Dr. Lisa Kipper received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of the Pacific. She began her career as a pharmacist with Target Corporation. After over a decade of retail experience, Lisa transitioned to a hospital environment at Saddleback Medical Center. She created a successful Meds-to-Beds Program to increase compliance upon discharge as well as prevent readmissions. She focused on disease management, physician engagement, patient education, compliance, quality assurance and process improvement. From there, Lisa continued her pharmacy career in an ambulatory care setting. She focused on HIV disease management and well as PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis) and PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis). Lisa also has extensive experience providing exceptional pharmacy care to hospice and palliative care patients, veterinary compounding, precepting, and immunizations. Most recently Lisa was the Community Outreach Project Leader for the non-profit, Project Hope Alliance. Providing a patient focused approached to help children and families on the verge of homelessness.
