Dr. Mingura is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice specializing in Ambulatory Care. She received her BA from the University of California at Berkeley and her PharmD from the University of Southern California. She completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Oregon State University where she focused on Academia and Ambulatory Care. There she developed novel practice sites at the Student Health Center and worked directly with under-served populations Community Health Clinics of Benton/Linn Counties and the Salud Medical Center, part of the Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinics.
Dr. Mingura has previous careers in production and stage management as well as in veterinary medicine. Her research focuses on the relationship between pharmacists and veterinary pharmacy. She is a fellow in the Society of Veterinary Hospital Pharmacists and participates in a variety of state and national pharmacy associations.
