Dr. Samantha Ito received her Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from University of California, Los Angeles and her Doctor of Optometry from the University of California, Berkeley School of Optometry. As a Cornea and Contact Lens resident, Dr. Ito delivers patient care across various settings. She conducts specialty contact lens fittings for irregular corneas including keratoconus and post-surgical corneas. She also sees patients in the pediatric contact lens, myopia management, and ocular prosthetics clinics. She is an instructor in the Contact Lens lecture and laboratory courses for optometry students at SCCO and is a member of the American Academy of Optometry and the California Optometric Association.
