Yasmin Javed

Born and raised in sunny San Diego, Dr. Yasmin Javed attended San Diego State University where she received her undergraduate degree in Biology. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree at the UC Berkeley School of Optometry. Dr. Javed provides care to patients in the Pediatrics, Vision Therapy, Acquired Brain Injury, and Disability and Accessibility Clinics where she is dedicated to helping patients achieve their optimal vision. Dr. Javed also serves as a Teaching Assistant in the lectures and lab courses at SCCO. Outside of optometry, Dr. Javed enjoys the beach, all flavors of ice cream, and going to the movies.
