Who said being a grad student is all work and no play?

This week, our students took a break from exams to participate in MBKU's Wellness Wednesday in the Student Union. The event featured a crochet class with Dr. Barnhardt, affectionately referred to as "Crocheting With Carmen."

There is never a shortage of fun activities to participate in at MBKU. Stay tuned for more upcoming fall festivities! ?

It's time for a Flashback Friday! Our students and wonderful security team participated in our Paint a Pot event for mental health awareness last week.

Don't forget to to take a break from your busy work and study schedules to take care of your mental health. Go for a walk, drink a cup of tea, and get at least 7 hours of sleep to recharge. Enjoy your weekend MBKU! #mbku #mental health
