One of the highlights from the California Optometric Association House of Delegates was Dr. Rachelle Lin, who shined brightly as a newly elected Board Member of the COA AND as a recipient of the Young OD of the Year Award! As the TA for College of Pharmacy Class of 2021’s Infectious Disease Block, P-4 student, Miriam Morkos shared just how special the past 12 weeks have been, “This has been by far my favorite memory at MBKU … Interacting with the students, tutoring, and even giving a few didactic lectures and having the students repeat what they’ve learned from my lectures truly warmed my heart every time and solidified why I want to pursue academia!” ?: @morkie32
