As the TA for College of Pharmacy Class of 2021’s Infectious Disease Block, P-4 student, Miriam Morkos shared just how special the past 12 weeks have been, “This has been by far my favorite memory at MBKU … Interacting with the students, tutoring, and even giving a few didactic lectures and having the students repeat what they’ve learned from my lectures truly warmed my heart every time and solidified why I want to pursue academia!” ?: @morkie32

Teamwork makes the dream work! In collaboration with @tenafoundation, @cdupacrew, UCLA dental students, KGI pharmacy students and other community members, we were able to give back to the underserved homeless population in Skid Row through providing basic health evaluations, resources, knowledge, and compassion.
