What's in the box?! ? It's none other than their dazzling white coats ? In preparation for the White Coat Ceremonies taking place virtually next Friday 10/16 and Saturday 10/17, the special gift boxes were distributed last week to the PA Class of '21 and Pharmacy Class of '24. We're can't wait to see them don their new attire and celebrate this milestone as they begin clinical rotations ? In a recent article for @theaosa's new content hub, Foresite, SCCO Class of 2023 students, Joshua Yim and Christopher Quan, shared some sage advice on adjusting to a remote learning environment. While they write from their own experience as optometry students, their advice offers reassurance for any student to "realize the challenge and know you’re not alone." Meet the newest additions to our Social Media Ambassador Team! ?You may recognize some folks as part of MBKU Student Association, its committees, or mentorship clubs and together they will help represent segments of MBKU ?️?? We're thrilled to grow the ambassador team to help us feature more student life and keep everyone feeling connected to the MBKU family! ? ?

With the SPAS Class of 2021 heading off to clinical rotations soon, they practiced new skills including endotracheal tube intubation, intraosseous line placement, CPR, rapid EKG interpretation and became certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association.
